About the Programme
6 Fortnightly Group Sessions:
Join structured, 2-hour sessions led by Jacqui Stimpson, our Business Growth Manager, who has structured the programme based on the success of the National Peer Programme which has supported over 1,000 businesses. Each session is followed by an optional hour of networking and a complimentary lunch to help you build deeper connections
Peer-Led Learning and Growth:
Built on the success of the National Peer Programme, Catapult enables you to learn from those who understand business best—other business owners. This proven peer-learning approach can transform your business strategy.
A Results-Driven Approach:
- Kick off with a GrowthMapper assessment to set a clear starting point and define goals
- Receive one-on-one support from Jacqui to create a customised action plan after the sessions
- Access Launchpad workshops, networking events, the onsite café, and free parking

After the programme, you’ll join the Launchpad Catapult Alumni Network to continue connecting, networking, and growing with the broader Launchpad Community.
How it Works
Jacqui supports a group of up to 10 business leaders, guiding you as you solve problems, brainstorm, and innovate in a collaborative, non-competitive environment. Topics are chosen by the group to ensure relevance, and each session helps you develop practical, effective solutions.
You’ll also receive customized support to create a one-page strategic plan for the next 12 months.
