Southend Business Partnership: Breakfast briefing

FreeThe morning will have on offer a free, light breakfast, networking opportunities and a round of business updates from local businesses and providers. Currently keynote speakers will include:-
- James Sinclair, entrepreneur and CEO of Partyman Group, will be featuring his development of the legendary brand of Rossi since its acquisition in 2021.
- Nick Parr, Theatre Director at Southend Theatres, will share details of the upcoming programme at the Cliffs Pavilion and the Palace Theatre as well as showcasing the event spaces and corporate entertaining opportunities available to local businesses. Nick hopes to have an update for us on the much-anticipated refurbishment of the Cliffs and the longer-term aspirations for the Palace.
- Liz Storey, Managing Director of South Essex Advanced Technical Skills (SEATS), will provide an insight into an innovative new private sector training organisation which has been established by some of the region’s largest firms (i.e., Ford, DP World, Southend Airport etc.) to bring a new HE provider into South Essex to increase the delivery of higher-level technical degree apprenticeships in the area. Ford UK’s engagement will also be featured.
- Following on from recent Local Election and upcoming General Election we are optimistic of political representation at our event.
