About Trevor:
A full time speaker, trainer and coach, Trevor has dedicated over 20 years to helping schools and other organisations optimise their most valuable resource – people.

Following a successful career as a teacher and leader in schools, he went on to be a county education adviser, Regional Adviser for The National Strategies, and hub leader for a cluster of schools in Ipswich. He co-led five years of national action research (with a total of 130 schools) into effective collaboration and produced three research documents for the DfE.
