During the morning you will:

Identify opportunities for growth and the personal or business obstacles that could be getting in the way.

• Complete a Business Growth Audit to identify your strengths, opportunities, and priorities.
• Build your own Business Skills Matrix to understand the capability you already have and the skills you need for your next stage.
• Explore how to develop and expand your team, share knowledge, delegate effectively and build greater capability across your business.
• Use the Learn It, Teach It, Systemise It, Buy It or Recruit It model to decide the best way to build the capability you need.
• Leave with a focused Growth Action Plan and clear, achievable next steps.
• Meet like-minded individuals from the Rochford Business Community.
