Julie Smith: Multi award-winning hypnotherapist specialising in stress and anxiety

We both left our established careers to start our own businesses and what a rollercoaster it’s been. There’s imposter syndrome, overwhelm, confusion, wanting to do all the things and then not doing any of them… the list goes on.
