Expect honest insights\, real-world strategies and tools you can immediately use to strengthen wellbeing across your team. \nWe will also hear from HealthyShoots: \nHealthyshoots is an Occupational Health Portal that offers affordable individual case support or annual unlimited occupational health support\, depending on the needs of the member. \nIt started as a trial two years ago but due to its success and the needs of the FSB membership it has developed into a very popular benefit. \nThe Healthyshoots team has worked together since 1999 and has handled more than 10\,000 OH cases\, including more than 1\,000 for the FSB in the last two years. \nCarl Laidler is the Director of OH Support for Healthyshoots but previously was a founding shareholder in Health Assured the EAP and Managing Director of Prevent plc who conducted in excess of 100\,000 workplace health screens throughout the UK
