She specialises in supply chain management for major infrastructure programmes\, focusing on building resilient supply chains and fostering collaborative partnerships that support wide-ranging project ambitions\, from low-carbon construction to sustainable skills development. With a background in procurement and commercial roles at Crossrail Ltd. and Transport for London\, Natalie brings deep industry insight to her work. She is currently studying for an Executive MBA at Bayes Business School and sits on the Executive Board of the Global Women in Leadership Programme.
