DESCRIPTION:Join us for an innovative high impact programme designed to support manufacturing and engineering companies across the East of England. \n\n\n\n\nThe Made Smarter Leading Change for Digital Champions programme is a high-impact FULLY FUNDED training initiative designed to empower manufacturing businesses across the East of England to innovate\, boost productivity and adopt digital technologies. \nThe course includes 2 x in-person days. \nThe programme Tailored for any team member looking to support digital change in the business. The programme is delivered by the University of East Anglia in collaboration with leading industry experts from the region. \nBy the end of the programme\, those taking part will able to understand the context of digital transformation and why its important in manufacturing\, the driving forces of change\, the psychology of how to manage change well\, team management\, and the process management skills to deliver on budget and on time. \nThe full schedule of the programme can be viewed below. \nGot questions?
