Over 25 years experience within Pharmaceutical Industry\, health and social care\, excelling in stakeholder management and leadership development. Supporting individuals and teams within organisations to lead in a collaborative way so as to achieve shared objectives and raise individual and team performance. \n  \nToyin will use “Insights Discovery” which aims to improve workplace relationships and performance by helping individuals understand themselves and others better\, ultimately leading to more effective communication\, collaboration\, and conflict resolution. It addresses challenges in understanding diverse personalities and behaviours\, promoting self-awareness\, and enhancing team dynamics. \n  \n\nInsights Discovery provides a framework for understanding different communication styles and preferences.\nThis model helps individuals recognize their own strengths and weaknesses\, as well as those of their colleagues and clients\, leading to more respectful and productive interactions.\nBy understanding each other’s preferences\, individuals can adapt their communication styles to better connect and collaborate\, even across virtual boundaries.\n\nThe session will be an interactive workshop with some fun activities.
